Head of Partnerships

Martin joined Qlaims in March 2026, stepping into a new challenge as he takes responsibility for our Partner Development activity. He brings 14 years of insurance industry experience, including seven years leading Arc Legal’s Partnerships team. As Head of Partnerships, Martin oversaw all distribution partners and shaped the commercial strategy.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference, Martin is passionate about solving problems, creating effective solutions, and enhancing propositions to deliver better experiences for customers and partners alike.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys long family walks with his wife, children, and their Beagle. He’s also rarely far from a football pitch – whether he’s coaching youth football or cheering on his local team, Ipswich.
