Grace joined the team in December 2025 as Business Support Administrator, providing support to the wider team, assisting with the day to day broker questions and running of daily operations.

 Grace has experience of FNOL and the customer claims journey and providing customer service previously with Allianz.

Grace likes to socialise with family and friends and enjoys travelling to new places.
