Chief Finance Officer

Matt is a Chartered Accountant and joined us as CFO in October 2023 to support the next stage of the Company’s growth. He brings with him 25 years of finance and operational experience gained across a broad range of companies and industries.
 
In the 18 months prior to joining Qlaims Matt has undertaken consulting and contract work, including in the Insurtech sector, and co-founded a company which aims to provide a cost-effective framework for SMEs to achieve their growth, investment and exit ambitions.
 
Matt prides himself on providing insightful financial reporting, robust corporate governance, and ensuring that growth plans are underpinned by sound financial strategies.
 
Outside of work Matt spends time outdoors with his dogs or managing his smallholding, or renovating his house (with scenes reminiscent of the Tom Hanks film ‘The Money Pit’ never far away!)
