Liz joined the team in 2020 taking responsibility for business development. In the dot-com era, Liz ran her own commercial lines e-business start-up in and has since been approached to lead new product development and drive change in more mature/established organisations.

Before joining Qlaims Liz was Commercial Director for Saga Services and was responsible for the relationships with all insurance suppliers. This included claims customer experience where Liz gained first-hand experience of the challenges that customers face at claim time.

Liz has also held director level positions at insurance technology companies Sapiens, CGI and SSP. Outside of work Liz enjoys walking, running, and a glass or two of good wine, and on occasions combining the activities.
