This week saw Craig join the team at Qlaims. Craig has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry having started his working life in a brokerage, moving into the claims arena as a Home Claims Handler, and then into business development roles working with insurance businesses across the UK.

Craig strongly believes that delivering excellent customer service is key to achieving business success. He’ll be working with you, our broker partners, to support your customer claims propositions and strategies and promoting our products and services to support you in your goals.

Outside of work Craig loves sport and travel. He’s also a huge fan of Leeds United.
