After a number of weeks in staging, our development team have successfully implemented the latest time-saving upgrade to QlaimsTrak.
Any claim reported on the Qlaims website will now be automatically uploaded into our QlaimsTrak portal and within ten minutes, day, or night, all on-call Qlaim staff members will be notified of the loss. This will mean that if the loss is severe, we can start the triage and loss mitigation process within minutes.
This is just the latest example of how we will continue to seek new ways in reducing the claim cycle for the Customer.
