The Qlaimstech Responder network went live on March 12th, and our first deployment was requested the next day.
The job involved Responder Dan Smith travelling to the scene of a loss to meet a builder carrying out repairs. At the requested time, Dan streamed live video and audio to the claims handler’s office and was directed for footage and photographs to be captured. This made it possible to check progress and make decisions to move the claim forwards, without the time and cost of travel.
Our first wave of Responders is now available for deployment across the South East.
