Making the claim

The Qlaims Adjuster will make sure the customer gets the best settlement possible within the terms of their underlying policy, attending all meetings and negotiating with the insurer and looking after correspondence and applications.

Back in business

The Qlaims Adjuster will focus on getting the customer’s business up and running again without delay. In the case of severe structural damage, they’ll liaise with the landlord and local authority to halt rent and council tax charges, and organise temporary premises, facilities and equipment, along with any support needed from an architect, surveyor or contractor.
