The Qlaims Adjuster will provide a full service at the site of the claim and, if needed, make a visual record via direct video-streaming.
All of the paperwork related to the claim will be handled by the Qlaims Adjuster. They will assemble all of the elements and prepare a formal statement for submission.
For commercial claims the Qlaims Adjuster will focus on getting the customer’s business up and running again without delay. In the case of severe structural damage, they’ll liaise with the landlord and local authority to halt rent and council tax charges, and organise temporary premises, facilities and equipment, along with any support needed from an architect, surveyor or contractor.
For household claims the Qlaims Adjuster will project manage your claim from start to finish, arranging suitable alternative accommodation if necessary. They will then aim to get you back in your home as soon as possible.
The Qlaims Adjuster will make sure the customer gets the best settlement possible within the terms of their underlying policy, attending all meetings and negotiating with the insurer and looking after correspondence and applications.
The customer is never in the dark: through our secure Qlaimstrak Portal, they’ll be able to get the latest on their claim’s progress any time they like.
